Let me introduce myself....
I'm a real estate agent in the Montreal and surrounding areas under the Group Sutton-Royal Inc. franchise. I've been buying and selling properties for my own investment portfolio for over 30 years and now enjoy sharing my expertise with friends and prospective clients. I'm fluent in French, English and Italian. I love the interaction when working with buyers in helping them find their dream home. My extensive knowledge in constrution is a great attribute to house hunting as well as my negotiating skills.
I also enjoy the selling aspect of my work making sure my clients get the best service possible. Hosting open houses, coordonating visits, preparing paperwork, keeping up-to-date with the surrounding market and making sure to keep them informed along the way.
I believe that buying and selling should be a pleasant experience not a stressful one... and live by those words...
